I keep trying to find more info in the forums on if I need both a VCC and VBA for stealth Paypal. In the past I've used only a bank account for verification with Paypal and it worked just fine. I was able to do everything without a problem. So what is the purpose of having both? Someone please explain. Thanks in advance.

You don't need either but it would be a weak account
Adding in a VBA makes the account a lot stronger and then a VCC, while not making as much of a difference as adding a VBA, it does still help to strengthen an account

Thanks for the response. I've been searching for days trying to find out why the VCC were so important when one can have a successful Paypal without it but the stronger the Paypal, the better. So maybe I'll get one anyway just to be on the safe side.
