Default Wirex (E-Coin) nonsenses..

Recently e-coin.io changed to wirexapp and thous nonsense started...
Account is verified. Also had with them some problems before already- tried to load a card using my account balance- 15 GBP was taken from the balance but the card was not loaded AND money did NOT came back to account balance. Never! This was month ago. Contacted support several times- they explained that transaction failed and nothing more. Ok then, tryed to ask several times why money never was returned to balance- no answer. Ok, lets forget this along with other issues like a pressure to leave ~2 usd in account balance if sending out BTC. Never could send out all i have. Not a fees talking about- they take fees which are ok AND they leaves a couple of dollars in balance for unknown reasons- probably should understand this as a tips for their great service! Whatever...
-----------------------

Now after interface change the money which came from paypal to virtual cards 2 weeks ago sits there and can be seen by mychoicecorporate website but not on wirex. The cards are active and in good standing, but wirex does not see their balance. But mychoice does.

After several contacts with support it was fixed a week ago- now wirex can see the balance of the cards. Thank you. But there came in another problem- can not unload them using wirex. Drops error each time that "account must be active". Wtf??? Contacted support about that several times already- no answer. Account is verified. Can use cards on amazon, works ok.

Beside this i had ~15 euro in BTC balance in their account. Now it shows big fat ZERO. Ballance dissapeared! One week no comments from wirex support about this yet.

And if that is not ridiculous enough- now they changed minimal load/unload summ to 25 EUR/GBP/USD :D LOL! :D And was already ridiculous when it was minimum 10, placing it at the same level of ridiculousness with loadoo service :D Not going to use their service any more. Enough for me after all this.

I have ~300 GBP in my virtual cards and have no idea how to take it out now. Any ideas??? Because i see it is useless to wait for the answer from support. They already stole 30 euro from me because system errors and not explaining anything.

All i want now just to take out the money somehow.. Please drop any ideas how i could go arround wirex service for cards unloading. Anybody knows some kind serious online BTC shop which would accept CC cards which does not support 3d security certificate?? Help :/
