Yeah you could but you will get limited eventually. If you're lucky they won't catch you right away.

I can not advise, but I will write a case from my experience. My account PayPal was limited. I created a new PayPal with the same data, but in a completely different country. Created a new user and changed the IP address. I tied it to the old Ebay account. It's all right.

For how long now amikhno? Still a risk but worth considering the time that has passed
