No it will not.
They already stated that only debit cards that qualify will be enrolled.
I highly doubt that a prepaid credit card (which now shows as such when you add it to paypal) will qualify as such a debit card.
But ill be quite happy if Im wrong.

There are rechargeable prepaid cards, but they're not the same as gift cards.
They ARE a bank account, and act like one. They'll probably work, but until somebody tries nobody will know for sure.
As far as the instant deposit, why the heck should I pay to get my money 12 hours faster? The heck with that. That should be a part of what we already pay for.
