Buy stuffs on ebay with stealth account

Hi if I buy things from ebay with my stealth account and Paypal, is it safe to buy with shipping address other than Paypal registered address?

Since I don't really have a good withdrawal method, my plan is to use the stealth Paypal account's balance.

Hallow, make a new buyer's only account, use old address and name but modify them slightly.

Nope I'm planning to send purchase items to a 3rd party service warehouse address which should be a new address.

But then I can't use my stealth paypal account's balance if I make a new buyer's only account?
