Amazon UK Address Verification Account on Hold, Still Prime charged

Hi,

I have my buying account on Amazon UK on hold for address verification of my credit card. I was on the trial for Prime but now I cannot login to my account.
This morning I received a message saying that 7.99 GBP is charged on my card for Amazon prime I did not want to continue with prime and now that I cannot access my account it is not usable anyway.

How can I get the transaction reversed?

U contact Amazon about it or tell your cc provider you didn't authorize the transaction.

I'm not sure if you are asking the right ppl here, as most of us are sellers and not consumers.

But How do I contact them? I cannot login to my account so cannot contact the support. Any one can point to in the right direction ?

Just tell your card company it will be a lot easier.

They will get the £7.99 refunded.
