paypal virtual credit card and account bank number

sorry for my english i from italy

i have one question, can paypal see the account number linked to the virtual credit card? if I believe different credit card accounts but all of them are generated from the same credit card, paypal knows it? because when I create an account and ask for a refund I limit my account and I believe it is for vcc, even though it is new and linked to the same bank account

No they can't see your account number as long as you not provided to them, maybe that vcc is blacklisted try different vcc

I create a new vcc with each account. but they do not refund :(

I passed the money from one account to another and then asked for a refund

now it will not work anymore. it seems they now see that the created cards are mine
