New problem with paypal after 180 days limitation

My paypal account has been limited more than 180 days now.
In the past, I can withdraw money from limited paypal account afater 180 days limited.
But with this paypal account, I received an email from paypal:

We are hereby notifying you that after a review of your recent account
activity and account history with PayPal, PayPal will be holding the
funds in your account until you provide, and we can verify, proof of
your identity and proof of the original eBay registration information
for any eBay account used in connection with your PayPal account. We
believe the funds in this PayPal account have been fraudulently obtained
through a stolen eBay account.

Failure to provide the information will result in PayPal continuing to
hold the funds and contacting relevant law enforcement authorities
regarding the transactions if necessary.

But I use ebay steath ebook to registered the ebay account and I can't provided the informaiton required by paypal.
What can I do now? F**k Paypal! Steal Money！

The problem is that I made the name. I followed the ebook and made the name. I don't have the ID of that name, the name of ebay account is not my name...
Really worried about the money in my limited account... paypal is a dead end.

Just type in Google box "⊗⊗⊗⊗ Id's or something related"...You will find what you are looking for. They are mostly for "entertainment" purpose and good enough for what you need.. You should pay no more than $20-$30 for it.

watch those sites they are often scams, if you go that route, read reviews on forums etc about the company or make your own. you need an online illustrator...and a sample, see google images.. this is for novelty purposes only, not for submission of course.

this sounds quite serious! how can they say you obtained a stolen ebay account when you made a stealth account?

they often accuse you of stuff like that, when it isnt true....they use words like fraudulent for no reason...but to be on the safe side, we do not condone stealing or hacking accounts.

I doubt that is the OPs situation though
