I have made a Mistake and PayPal performed a Bank Withdraw

OK, I have been following all the rules as best as I can, but my eBay Invoice cut, and I was short $1.92 in my paypal in paying the invoice, so they paid nearly $240 out of my PayPal Balance and did a Bank Transfer from my Bank Account for $1.92. This is of course a Stealth Account. Since this has happened, PayPal has held all my sales in pending balance until delivery,and now I am trying to Pay for items purchased on eBay, and get the "Quick Security Check" on trying to send payments. I have had the "Quick Security Check" before, and a couple days later it disappeared, but I am concerned that they received the Bank Transfer funds and have now starting questioning the account? Anyone have experience with your stealth account after funds have been withdrawn from you mis matched name?

Since this is a stealth account and they will be attempting to remove funds from attached bank account which the name does not match, you are likely to have issues.

You should expect PP to limit the account due to the mismatch asking for ID, bank statements, etc. They will also likely remove the bank acct as well once this eCheck fails.

Way back, I have had pp withdrawn from my bank account for a few accounts where the name, of course, did not match my bank account. I have not issues when this has been a one-off time. Of course, I have also had the funds available in the bank because I did not want the transfer to fail - that could lead to problems with the account.

The Transfer did not fail, it was paid, so maybe I have that going for me.

You're safe man. I accidentally pulled from my bank once on a stealth account and nothing ever happened.

Ive done it. It is not the ONE THING that caused any issues, it usually takes more then one, however if you have other problems that could be a problem in manual review. Keep it squeaky clean and you should be ok. Since they have not limited you and let you keep going that is a good sign.

I've added funds from my bank account tons of times before, and mismatched name has never been the sole factor to cause any limitations.

hi guys need advice ive had a stealth for 3-4 years instead of sending funds i clicked request funds from my bank the only time i did this i asked paypal could they cancel it they said to contact my bank,its on pending and i did not have the cash in until i sent more funds within 2 hrs its my girlfriends bank my paypal thanks any advise please

mine is a esaver account so i guess it will fail anyway at the port of call and be cancelled.
