the 180 days passed and want withdrawl 150$ my pp in usa and iam not usa
so i need usa bank account ,, and need help ,, i will pay 50$ for this service

i have paioneer account and i linked the bank account of paioneer in another paypal and withdrawl on it fine without any problem
could i remove the bank of paioneer from the paypal and try linked it on limited account to withdrawl ?
