paypal lift limits no links

i have a paypal account about 3 years old and went to lift limits link on bottom left took me to another page and there is no links to lift limits any idears,thank's

It's been that way since October 2017.

Once you pass £1650, there will be a notification when you login with a link to upload documents.

As ebayorbust stated, thats the standard across all paypal accounts for a while now.
