can i withdraw to entropay? does the name need to match?

I know usa allows card withdraw now.

You can't withdraw to Entropay, unless something has changed in the past few months.

You can withdraw to cards in the USA now. What cards can I withdraw with then?

PayPal site doesn't give any options for withdrawing to cards... just Bank account or check.

It does not pop up on every account. My main has the option and one my business stealths has the option. I know my brother used it the other day but he also has a credit union card . It might only be with certain debit cards.
