Default Relinking Paypal to New Ebay

I purchased an aged high-limit Ebay account from one of the distinguished sellers here on the forum, and after letting it sit for awhile, made a few sales until it got restricted from selling for some still unknown reason.

While setting things up, I created an LLC with EIN for the account to legitimize it with a business Paypal account, but now am concerned all of that unique information has gone to waste. I obviously cannot obtain a new Ebay account and simply connect it to that Paypal account, as there will be an obvious link and subsequent restriction/suspension.

What I am wondering about is this:

Can I close out the (still largely unused) Paypal account and then create a brand new Paypal account with the same information? If I could, would Ebay still detect the information on there (bank, credit card, address, etc...) and determine a link?

I really cannot let this LLC information go to waste, cost me $600 including my PO Box.

$600?! Please, do tell what was so expensive!

You don't know why you got banned?

Regarding eBay/PP, sounds like it's $600 down the drain. :(

Creating my LLC and getting my UPS Store box.

I just need to know if I can reuse my information with a new Paypal account.

SSNs and EINs can only be used once.

But if the Paypal account was closed and a new one was opened, that EIN would still only be used for one account at that time.

Perhaps I can just get a new EIN number if necessary.

You need to figure out why you got suspended, so it doesn't happen again.

I received an apparently linked account. When I called up I was notified of it being linked a large network of suspended users, none of the names that I recognized.

I am well versed on stealth. I just need a new and clean account to work with.

No offense, but you're ignoring some very basic things to be so "well versed in stealth".

Thall shalt not re-use:

1. Bank account
2. Credit card
3. Address

^^ Those are from your original post. The first 2 are actually CAN NOTS... as in, it's not possible. PP won't let you do it.

Well obviously if it was my Paypal account that was suspended, I would not use that information again in opening a new Paypal account.

It's the Ebay account that I ran into issues with. That information was not entered into my Ebay account, just Paypal.

Right, but you can never use that info again with paypal. Which it seems like what you are asking about(opening another account with the same info). Maybe I'm just not understanding lol

The Paypal account is in good standing. I simply do not want to link this Paypal account, which is attached to a bad Ebay account, with a new Ebay account.

I am wondering if a brand new Paypal account was created for the new Ebay account, if that would cause a link.

Waiting on a report for specifics. When he called, I learned that the account can only be used for buying.

I was using a VPN from 24vc that was to be guaranteed fresh, so I cannot think that was the cause of any supposed link.

It would not. But you CANNOT use the same EIN, bank account, or Credit card(because PP literally DOES NOT allow this). It would have to literally be BRAND NEW.

So if I removed those cards and bank account and replaced them with a VCC and virtual bank, and then closed out the Paypal account, you are 100% sure that my real card and bank could not be used on a newly created account?

What would happen if I tried?

I'm sorry this happened to you. You can't link a new PP. You're going to have to start from scratch, but you can reuse the LLC this way:

You can change the LLC name for a small fee, go online to the Division of Corporations in your state, dig around and you'll be able to find the change form. If you can't find it you may have to call and ask. People change LLC names all the time, so there's undoubtedly a mechanism for it wherever you are, I've done it myself, not for this reason, but I know it can be done.

Then get a new EIN to attach to it, and use an address variant for the UPS box, such as "Slot 117" instead of "PMB 117", Or "123 State Road 439" instead '123 Main Street" if you're creative there are lots of possibilities.

I've used 1 UPS box for 3-5 EB/PP in the past by using address and name variants.

Open new PP and EB accounts and get them all lined up properly with your info.

And whatever happened to make these current ones fail, don't do it again.

BTW, $600 is excessive. An LLC is like $75, an EIN is free, and if you shop the mailbox around you should be able to bring it in for less than $150 a year at an independent shop, or at the USPS. You don't need a big box, they'll hold your stuff at the counter if it won't fit. Get the smallest they have.

I've had dozens of 50-75 pound boxes of product from suppliers all at one time delivered to my little bitty mailbox.

I also had them set it up to forward my mail directly to me at my home address so I never even had to visit the box in person. Stuff that doesn't forward I can pick up once every couple of months.

That way if you have to get a cheap PO Box 50 miles away it doesn't matter.

I guess what I am wondering is, what would Paypal do if I used information previously used for a now non-existent account (which was in good standing)?

Would it be blocked from adding to the new account altogether?

Thanks for the info.

How would this address the issue with the credit card and bank account. Would I need to close out that bank and open a new one under the new LLC name?
