$400 stuck after 180 days on stealth PP

Hello,

I bought a stealth polish PayPal account 3 years ago. My personal account got limited because I wasn't 18 yet. So, this was my only option to receive donations for my game server. Sadly this one got also limited after a couple of months. 180 days passed but I'm not able to withdraw the money because the virtual bank account that I got along with the account seems to be expired. I emailed PayPal and they told me that I should add a new bank account when my old one is expired. But the problem is that the new one has to be polish and registered on my stealth name. I tried calling them but the only option is Polish, which I don't speak.

Anybody that knows a solution for this problem?

Are you able to get a Polish bank account in your own name?

Bank withdrawal is the only solution, really. Do Polish PP's only accept Polish banks?

So OP, those are your options.

Most USA banks accept mismatched deposits so if you're able to somehow get one, you're good to go. Not sure about banks in Poland.

You're right. Do you know of any service that allows me to create a virtual US bank account?

That is good to know, makes the job a bit easier. Do you know how to get a virtual bank account? I am not really home in this world.


The bank account that I got along with the account seems to be registered at "Zachodni WBK". By any change, do you know if it's still possible to register bank accounts there?

That's a tough one.. opening a US bank account is hard unless you're in the US to do it.

Last time I checked, Payoneer was messy for PP use Verificationguy.

In regards to VBA I'd be really careful if I were you. Aspkin has said something about it since the change in law in USA about bank accounts. He can perhaps say more about it.

In PayPal I can't. Also I don't know anybody that I can trust having a bank account in the USA or Poland.

I bought the account from bitify.com of a user called "endrowski" but he seems to stopped using that service. When I was searching his name on Google including some keywords, I found this profile https://www.aspkin.com/forums/members/endrowski.html. On Skype he doesn't respond to any of my messages.
