without later been asked by PayPal to provide proof of address, ID
and all the rest...

Speak to sellers in the forum marketplace. BUT PP can ALWAYS ask for proof of ID later - that part is not 100% avoidable.

No free lunch with PP, sadly.

Any PayPal account can ask for more documents from you later on

There is no such thing as a total limit-proof PayPal

There are no magical accounts out there.
If you do things properly your chances of success are high. Do them poorly and youll likely get limited - no matter how much verification the account has.
All you have to do is go to the introductions section to read the horror stories of some members whove have super verified accounts for years and still lost them. Read those stories and learn from them.
