Software for handling returns on multiple Ebay accounts?

do you guys know of any software that actually can handle and process ebay returns and refunds for multiple Ebay accounts?

there is this Xsellco helpdesk software that claims to be able to do so, but I dont think it can handle the full return process.

Does setting up ebays automated returns not work for you? Hicup is you have to manually refund the payment?

i would rather they didn't automate the return because i'll send to stealth address.
