Canadian paypal accounts never had VBAs.

All the ones I've bought did, but they were USA VBAs.

In market there are virtual bank accounts fo USA but I haven't seen any of the seller selling Canada VBA. I think PayPal has option too that you can with draw through US bank account if not showing call them.

It's too hard to open Canada bank accounts, so there are no CA VBA's.

It's really hard (if not impossible) to add a US bank account to a Canada Paypal. I've tried. They say you can - but make it where you can't.

I have not tried calling up PP in ages to try a manual addition of a US bank account to a Canadian pp.

me too I haven't seen any Canadian VBA.
Also USA VBAs are not really anymore VBAs, they are just real accounts and you will not find it anymore.
Go rather for VCC when possible.

They always were "just real accounts" which has a lot to do with why they aren't being publicly sold anymore. VBA sellers were using stolen identities to open/close bank accounts.

phaz is correct - Canadian bank accounts tend to be real not virtual since we have much fewer banks who all have high scrutiny

I checked again on Paypal site, you can withdraw funds to your US bank account as well.

you can withdraw funds to US bank with a canadian PP. Process it a little different but doable.
