Entropay for Paypal ? > NO POINT

I can't see the point in getting an entropay visa card for paypal purposes.
Entropay does not act as a bank account , it is only good for one half of the Process (credit card verification).
What we need is a method that will act as both bank account and credit card verification ....
Has no one foun one yet ?

there isnt a way to verify bank apart from the penny deposits via paypal.

You need a credit card to fully lift all your limits. Entropay has always worked for me
