Old stealth account

Back in August last year a seller here sold me a stealth account.

I have let it age and now I am ready to start using it. The seller provided me with verification documents. Do you think I will get away with using the Utility bill he provided me back then or is that now too old for PayPal to accept?

Documents should be up to date. You can contact the seller or put some creativity.

It would have been better to sell low risk items sparingly during this 1 year period you just waited. It would have made the account a lot more stronger.

I'll advise you to kick things off slowly should you being selling.

OP, for the most part it's three months but depending on the reason for the document request, up to six months old is acceptable. In either situation, a proof of address document dated around a year ago will not be accepted.
