There have been a lot of reports recently from users with limited UK accounts saying ID is being requested after 180 days before a withdrawal is allowed. There was a thread this morning about that exact topic. It doesn't seem to affect all accounts.

They do it if you have not provided ID before, sometimes they ask for proof of address if they account is a few years old and it's been a while since you provided it.
I have just made a withdrawal yesterday after the 180 days. They did send me an email to say funds were available to withdraw. I had the wait up to 72 hours email after that. I did not have to provide anything to them.

i got a few 180 day limited accs, will i still need to provide ID at the end of the 180 day?
All depends on the reason for the permanent limitation, whether ID has previously been submitted and how much has been received in total into the account.
