What is the best way to send in a Utility Bill?

Just made a new account and amazon requested a Utility Bill which i notice is standard now.
I have a unused utility bill from my gas company with all matching information that was used on the account.
My question is what is the way way to send it into amazon ?Should I use the PDf statement downloadable from my service provider or hq scanned paper statement that gets mailed to me monthly and send that in.I just want to know which would get me the best result from amazon.

Its much of a muchness although I do prefer to scan the ones that arrive in the mail and send in a PDF

Scan or photograph, jpg or pdf, submit it to seller performance
