Handling of limitations

So recently last 15+ accounts of mine got hit with just photo id and calling them is just not working anymore. They keep on telling me 2-3 for back office to review.

New process?

All limited same time? - that would indicate they've all been linked together which will make it a lot tougher for you to get funds out or even reinstate the account.

Have you waited 2 to 3 days?

Usually they say this because the "back office" doesn't take phone calls. At least i've never spoken with them. I have exchanged emails with them though, so perhaps try that.

Nah didnt wait for 2-3 days. But before when i called in like 3-4 months ago they would lift all sorts of limitations on phone. Now, simple photo ID wont be lifted with out "back office" lol

That's how its been in the UK for as long as I can remember. Can't comment for US though.

hey i just had a recent thread on this... IF you can not talk to someone direct about the limitation and instead the rep tells you they are going to send it to the "back office", your chances of getting your acct back drop drastically!!!

this definitely just started happening where now it seems all PP calls are forwarded to foreign reps and they all tell you the same thing about limitations... i havent got an american rep on the phone for PP for a couple months now!!!

Man their phone wait times are 1hr+. And i get a rep who cant do sh*t
