How do you withdraw your payoneer funds guys?
What do you think about exchanging payoneer against cryptocurrency like bitcoin?
I have heard that some people are exchanging it on site like localbitcoins.

For some its still working.
However it was not about paypal. You can also receive your normal payments via Payoneer (via your bank account there).

you can't like this. But you can send (me) payoneer payment (payoneer to payoneer transfer) and get BTC.
