managin ebay stealth and a non-suspended account together on inkfrog

I use inkfrog for managing different accounts. I've been banned only on the UK market but they linked all my accounts. I want to start listing in the uk again. My question is, if from inkfrog i manage a stealth uk ebay account and a non suspended ebay account, will ebay link my two accounts? because im sure that if it links them, i will be banned on the new stealth account. How does it work regarding ip address and inkfrog? can ebay see the ip address if using an account from inkfrog?

use different IP to link each ebay account to inkfrog, then there is no linking on all of the ebay accounts, and do not use the same picture from the inkfrog
