PayPal money sending error

Hello,
so I have about 250$ usd in my paypal balance.
I tried sending some money to another paypal account via freinds and family and I get this error : https://prnt.sc/m9ti00

It's very frustrating as I can literally do nothing with my account
Also, the account is fully verified with vcc and vba so I really don't know what causes this

any help would be appreciated

sometimes pa ypal doesn't like big amounts like that. you should try sending a smaller amount

What IP address are you using?

Any previous holds/disputes on the account?

@OP, how much were trying to send? The full 250 usd?

No i tried sending 10$ even and it doesn't work
And i use a VPN around seattle which was where the account was created
also no disputes on the account and it is 30 days old

Don't send as friends and family and it should go through.

This error used to be really common, but I've not seen it for a while now. (On UK accounts anyway)
