So long as you turn off images in your emails you should be fine. I know that PayPal puts user beacons in their notification emails, and I suspect that eBay might do the same thing. Never can be too careful.

All images are turned off, i use gmail, yahoo, outlook, all accounts. It's perfect, just make sure you go into each individual account and turn images off. The only thing is the initial adding of all accounts which takes long but after that it's smooth
