sending money from unverified paypal

Hi

I just created a new Paypal account which is unverified (I dont have another bank account). SO if I have money in it from selling things, will it be possible to send that money to another Paypal account which is verified and been for very long time? Will it create any problem at all? And how do you know if they are linked?

I did a while back and they limited the amount that can be sent to a total of $2000. Got it down to about $50, let it sit for a year, came back and that amount was then $8K..!!!
They didn't count fees paid to ebay or postage printed against that amount. Typical of how the rules don't apply to ebay Paypal (or apparently the USPS) just to the rest of US
