 questions about vpn address matching stealth account
So im about to pull the trigger on buying a stealth account. The stealthbook says its important that the address on the accounts are in the same state or close to the address provided on your VPN. I purchased IPBurger for VPN security and my ipadress now says in im los angelos and wont let me change location. If the ebay and paypal account that I purchase has an adress thats across the country what do I do?
Ive read through the stealthbook and didn't come across this so I figured it be easier to ask on here rather than going back and reading through the whole book to not find it again.
