Hi , anyone here who offer ebay account which I can pay through Paypal ? Asks a lot of seller here and no one is accepting paypal .

Its risky for a seller on here to accept paypal from someone they haven't dealth with before.

Why don't you just withdraw your Paypal funds and purchase some Bitcoin to buy an account?

paypal fnf is fine ,service is riski.but buyer is trusted then no issue

I've had fnf chargebacks before, as a general rule, your money is never safe when it comes to PayPal
