How to lookup for ebay bidders? Watchers?

Im looking for a software or something similar for lookup for ebay bidders and Watchers on accounts that I don't own.

Example Im selling something similar, that my competitors have listed for sale. So I want to contact my competitors listing bidders/watchers and offer them a better prices.

Not only is it not enough, it's not accurate. Only the feedback number is accurate.
