I am planing to setup a company in USA. I am a non-citizen and not living in USA. Is there any possibility yo setup a company without Agency?

you can sell on Ebay USA from your country.
you need to open an Ebay account and a Paypal account,

I think you'd need an ITIN from the IRS first. Then you could use that ITIN on business paperwork.

That's probably why they're wanting to do this legitimately instead of just buying a US stealth account off of this forum, which they'd be unable to get $ out of.

didnt you say single person LLC ,Paypal asks for his SSN?
and he is not in US nor US resident and no agent/
I recall on Paypal forum,a foreigner said Paypal wants his SSN,because behind every LLC ,there is a person and he does not have any SSN.

Have you been to the USA? | I have never been in USA. I already searched on Google . But all options are forwarding me to agency. I think that there should be a way to complete setup without them as i do not want to pay for it. I already checked the government website.

He does not want to spend money getting an agent,he wants to dropship in USA,he want to run a business spending not a dime of his own money.
why should we waste our time helping him?

I don think a foreigner can open a company in US without an agent ,may be in Caymen island or Carribean country?

foreigner can open a company in US with or without an agent, BUT not US bank account :( maybe only payoneer

-US company with no agent,if it is a solo operator,Paypal will ask for his SSN.
I have seen an Israeli guy being asked for his SSN,of course he does not have any.
-also OP wants to dropship from USA,if he means retail arbitrage,it is not allowed on Ebay
I think one way Ebay finds out is from the shipping location,tell me if it aint so.

You can obtain a EIN by yourself by sending fax to IRS but a new company without agency i don't think so
