You can open offshore company in USA if you wan't. then you can open bank account also.

You're welcome? It's nearly impossible for offshore companies to open US bank accounts because all banks require an ITIN or EIN.

It was not that long ago,meaning before 2008? Mexican,Brazilian were known to come to this country and open bank accounts,they cant do that anymore.
