Dominican Paypal Account

Works ok if I have a Dominican PayPal account and verify with VCC and bank account from USA... when I log in on a Dominican account they ask for USA BANK... no Dominican Bank.. they have a relationship with one bank here (Banco Popular Dominicano) but is not accepted as a bank to verify, just to withdraw linking your account on the bank, no the bank on the account... so, can I use a VBA from USA to verify a Dominican PayPal account as they ask?

A VCC should be enough to get you verified. A bank isn't needed.

Oook, you mean just verify my PayPal with a VCC as a credit card and not verify the bank account?

You are going to need a bank account anyways. No need for a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ bank account(VBA)

But how can I get a bank account cause Im from Dominican Republic, not USA and even if Im at usa and open an account is just one and I need more than 10 PayPal accounts...?

You are not understanding. Now, in USA, in order to get your money, you MUST have a bank account.

For a PayPal registered in his country, the only withdrawal method is to a US bank account, which is obviously not so easy to get. Practically, the only way to use the money in the account is going to be spending it.

Yes, you just need the VCC. If you don't already have one, you can find it in the forum marketplace:

You are right, but I can withdraw with a bank from here, PayPal have an association that works for me. Whithdraw money its not a problem, I should even sell that service too.. anyways what I need is to verify my PayPal accounts to get limits and red flags away, receive more than $500 per month and login without any trouble when I want.. they ask me for a credit card and usa bank account to verify, I need to know if I can just use vcc to verify and no use USA bank account and if that could be a red flag or something.. im talking about to have 40 accounts

Yes, a VCC will work. It's not a red flag; in fact PayPal probably expect most customers in DR to verify via a card rather than a US bank account.

That is what I thought because minus the 0.1% off people from here have a usa bank account, but want to be sure if just verifying the VCC will work fine and keep the limits away.. I don't want to get limitate again ):

you are not going to have 40 Paypal accounts,then you would need 40 US bank accounts
