 My own 25,000 account from 2018 with feedback suspended!

I am new here and had my account on ebay and sith paypal with 25,000 limit and feedback suspended! I received a return request through ebay money back guarantee and then the buyer did not respond to me when I reached out and posted negative feedback immedietly after return request! Under the detail drop down of negative feedback there was a listing that was not mine but yet a cheesy looking very ⊗⊗⊗⊗ product listing rather than my own that she had provided teh negative feedback to. Wheb I contacted ebay they said they could onyo see my listing when they clicked the detail under her neg feeback. How is this possible?
Right after that it was a frenzy of return requests through ebay and I mean in same day.
The cases buyers opened were ridiculous and would even show ⊗⊗⊗⊗ pics of products they were presenting as the product I had sold them. I even provided my listing pics showing their batch numbers did not match my listing and pics of my products showing the same batch numbers as listing. Ebay would immedielty refund them and close case!
Ebay asked me to provide proof of ownership of what I was selling and I did and it was legitimate.
I started to get duplicate email and my completed transacrions showed twice. Everything twice as though my acct was hacked or gliched.
Does anyone here know how I can get my acct reinstated and defend myself from all the dis honest buyers.
Is anyone familiar with this happening per my description.
