 Question about setting up the VPN / aged paypal with different locations ?
So -- heres the issue i am having :
I buy a few ebay/paypal accounts here; which have been aged etc for months.
then i setup a fresh Dedicated IP host
The issue i am having is I can not "chose" the location where my fresh Dedicated IP is given, its assigned randomly;
And neither can I 'chose' the location of the ebay aged accounts i purchased.
I followed the advice here , but because the registration address is different than the state of which the dedicated Fresh IP is located,
pay-pal has sometimes thrown up a flag.
Did anyone else experience this , and what is the solution to this ?
