It really isn't that difficult. Go to the marketplace and send a PM to any of the sellers advertising VCCs. The onus is on you to contact them rather than expecting them to contact you are a result of this post.

And once again, anybody that contacts you that is not a verified seller is going to scam you so be aware of that before you throw your money away.
