Steer away buddy and never look back, I would never give any breathing creature access to an account.
Contact Amazon yourself and when all fails, try to escalate to higher departments and get on the phone with them every single day until they get tired of you and solve your problem.
They will eventually have to talk to you, they can't ignore your messages for ever!
