Help with UK Business account

Hello guys,
I opened LTD, bought VPs, made PayPal and eBay account. After sever minutes my eBay account was suspended as a High risk account. I also tried call to eBay, but without any results, they don't want to reinstall this account.
What can I do with this. If I try open a new account on this company what I will should to change? What is algorithm in this situation?

Somethig is also going on with ebay, this account is gone and you cant reuse any of company information.

Try to create buyes account first then seller
