Is it safe to buy bitcoin from this forum seller by using stealth paypal?

Hello Guys,

I want to know if, Is it safe to buy bitcoin from this forum seller by using our multiple stealth paypals?

I mean consistently using our paypals to send fund to btc sellers payyal (only withdrawal method)

What are your thoughts on that guys?

I have heard it is not safe. Correct me if I am wrong.

I want to know the details of why it is not safe? And why in the first place this forum is allowing the sellers to buy btc from paypal if it is considered not safe?

It's somewhat safe to do every once in a while. There's money to be made and no governments have shut them down for KYC yet.. so the service is offered here. But trying to use BTC purchases are your only cashout method is going to kill your account quickly. Primarily because the BTC sellers require F&F payments to avoid disputes, which Paypal hates because it's avoids their transaction fee. I think there's at least one seller that will accept good/services payments instead of F&F which is a little safer but then you would be paying 20-25% of each withdrawal in fees being charged by Paypal/the seller. And even then, it's going to look very bad having 100% of payments that come in go right back out.

They aren't doing it regularly. I've followed those threads since they launched and they're all filled with users with only a handful of posts. Most of the comments in those threads (the ones that don't sound phake) sound like it's a one-off thing the buyer is doing to cash out a PP they don't have a bank on.
