international seller

Hello,
can someone explain me what "international seller means in this context"?

I see here 4 normal items and at the botton it says there are 17 from international sellers.

However from the 4 normal items 2 of them are from Australia and 1 of them is from germany.

They are NOT listed in ebay.co.uk with Itemlocation Australia/Germany since they are not listed in GBP.

Does anyone know why these 3 items appear in the normal listings and not in the international sellers?

forgot to mention that they all allow shipping to the UK, but i have even seen non internatinal listings which do NOT allow shipping to UK
