Brother details suspended address

Any thoughts on using a previously suspended address for Amazon?

In the new year I plan to use my brothers details with the same address that was suspended about 8 years ago. It will be a USA account which was never suspended in fact it was just the UK

All other details including IP and computer will be new and unused.

Go with a new address, no point in adding risk when you can easily get a mailbox
