Good eBay account with a restricted paypal

Hello everyone,

Quick question, so my stealth Paypal got limited and I unfortunately have to dump it. If I create another stealth with a new VPN, all new info, etc. etc. would I be able to use that Paypals E-Mail address on the original paypal? I have never done the linking process through eBay. Just wanted to know whether I would be able to salvage this eBay account or if I need to once again start fresh.

we are allowed 6 email addresses per Paypal account,the main one is your ACCOUNT ID.
I dont think you can use the same email address for more than 1 paypal account
