Not trustworthy seller !!!

Hello all,

two weeks ago i posted here that my shop was suspended and i had no idea why. I got an answer just yesterday, they said i am not trustworthy seller !!!
After almost two years of running my shop i had not worse review than 4 stars and still there was comment they love the item. I did drawings, client sent me photo of their dog or cat and I did a drawing of the pet and added backgrounds as they wished. Then I sent them small preview and when they needed changes I did it and sent them the final file just after they said they are satisfied. I did not get any answer why i am not trustworthy seller, what i did wrong, no explanation. Still in the email was that i cant open another shop.

Now i have new bank account, new card, address etc. Reinstalled pc. Want try to open new account today and would like to ask, if i will use mobile wifi, can they see it is same mobile i used sometime as tethering before with the closed account ? Or can I use the same mobile ? Thank you to all for advice, and wish to everybody happy and great whole new year

if the problem is your product,opening a new account would get you suspended again.

I want to try this time to sell shirts with POD with my designs. So would be totally different products.

best would be to use a dedicated VPN, or your IP would be changing all the time from the mobile IP

I would say get a new sim, make everything new

Best of luck - if you use the same mobile provider, get a Fresh IP by resetting the tether

VPN is not Etsy friendly these day. Really need a residential or mobile IP.

Thank you all for your answers.
So I bought new sim card from different provider and wiped my mobile. So far looks all ok, the shop is online. Still a question, how bad is it, if the ip from tethering will be often changed ? Is it reason for Etsy to close the shop ? Thank you.

It is normal for the IP to change, at least in the USA.
