I need about 10 new PayPal accounts. In the past I've made them all using my revolut, all using the same second address as the card billing address. This has been problematic, as sometimes I get all of my accounts banned in one go.
Is there a workaround to this problem?

Re: Multiple PayPal accounts linked to Revolut VCC
To date, I have never had a problem with the Vanilla Mastercard gift cards. Register them with your stealth details and add to paypal. The code comes through quickly to verify.

Don't know how you would get around the AVS with Neteller as you need to register with your real details. With the gift cards you just register them with your stealth details and get through the AVS without problems.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I've used a few vanilla cards and they seemed OK, just wondering as some people mentioned they had problems in other threads.
What happens if you don't verify the card on PayPal? The account seems to work OK, despite what they say about "limitations"..
Re: Multiple PayPal accounts linked to Revolut VCC
Paypal seems to work ok without a card. I add one so I can pay shipping with it. Uses the balance up and possibly makes the account stronger. I have paypals without a card added and they work fine, so who really knows?

Yes. Register the card in your stealth name and address. Add it to paypal and confirm it. You need to go to the pending payments in your card statement and you will see the transaction with the 4 digit code. Go back into paypal and enter to confirm. You should then get the limits have been lifted email from paypal.
As a footnote, the cards are available in £25. £50 and £100 values. There is an admin fee payable when you buy them.
When you go to confirm it with paypal the balance should show £1 less. That's when you need to select the pending payments option in the statements and get the code.

The best solution is to purchase prepaid CC like Vanilla, etc. That way you will 100% secure. While buying VCC from a service provider you cannot be 100% how it was created / if it has been used before.

Thanks, I appreciate that. I have a couple of vanilla cards attached to paypal accounts, but I didn't bother to do the confirmation.
Which "limitation" is actually removed when you verify the card? Is it for spending on the card? Because regardless of the card verification, you still have the identity verification that happens at the 2500 EUR point.. so I still don't know what the card verification does?

It's the limits on withdrawals and sending. Limits are stated as being £500 per month withdrawals, £650 per year withdrawal and £2112.61 per year. These are business account limits.
I always confirm phone, email, card and bank on these.

Are they the ones you purchase in the supermanrkets? If not, how do you get around each new address and the asscoiated card billing addresses?
