Amazon suspended and took all my funds to 0

My Amazon seller account was suspended about 1 year ago and funds withheld for "counterfeit" goods. There were countless IP violations marked on the account, and I got Amazon to actually remove every single IP violation mark on the account. However, they still would not unban me after numerous PoAs. The other day I logged in and saw my account balance at $0 when before it showed the funds which were being held in the account. Now that the balance is at $0, am I screwed? Is there any way to get the withheld funds back at this point or is it simply too late? I thought I was on track to getting unbanned since Amazon removed all the IP Violations.
Any insight on what to do in my situation is highly appreciated.

Could they have disbursed the funds to your bank on file?

This happened over a week ago now actually, no they did not distribute the funds to my bank account on file. It shows they took the funds out of my account though, and the balance shows 0 now.

In this case, if Amazon took all the funds out for themselves, is there any hope for me getting my money back?

I did not contact Amazon Payments email yet since I was just trying to get unsuspended first by emailing PoAs. Instead of continuing with PoAs should I just email Amazon payments or any other department asking for my funds and explaining the violations were all removed?

if you sell counterfeit goods,they could keep your money.

They just confiscate the fund.
If you contact them, they just say they use the money to reimburse any future chargeback, copyright claim.

If your account is suspended, remove your inventory as soon as possible. I knew someone who could have removed their inventory in the first month, he did not do that and expect to reinstate his account by appealing, but amazon denied him 5 times. When he decide to remove his FBA, it is not removable anymore. He lost $40k FBA INVENTORY and $50k account balance

Amazon usually confiscates suspended seller's fund 6 months after suspension.

FBAs are ultimate consignees,they are expected to destroy all counterfeit goods in their possession,thats why your inventory is gone.
also counterfeit claims has no expiration dates,so AMZN will keep your money

question-how can you buy 40K worth of merchandise from other retailers and expect to make money selling on a platform which charges like 13% fee??

That being said, i was a lucky one.. Amazon tried to keep my 30k , but i hounded them...day in and day out, wrote jeff email after email. the executive team etc.. every day.Finally they let me have my money. I wasn't selling counterfeits so that was probably the key.

How long did that take and did you also get your account reinstated? What email accounts at Amazon did you write to other than Jeff?

Amazon has no proof of my items being counterfeit. All my IP complaints have been removed by Amazon. I've sent them supplier invoices and they reply stating the invoices must clearly prove that I am not infringing on any IP rights.

Also, I was selling only FBM, no FBA, so thankfully Amazon doesn't have any of my inventory.

It's very difficult to win the inauthentic suspensions.
And when you are suspended due to it, they most of the time take the money and no one can do anything.

Talk to a lawyer if it's a large sum, if not write it off. Amazon stole 3k from me before after making up some bull**** reason.

Pfft yeah right, most of them don't want new sellers for their product, no matter how much you bring to the table. You end up needing connections to get deals with certain brands as they have their trusted sources that have, and will continue to buy their stuff and sell it the way they want. Of course this is regarding most known brands whose products sell well

Just happened to me I think. I checked my account today and it shows my balance is now $0.00. I never received the "your payment is on the way" email. I went into the transaction tab and it shows the amount that was in my balance previously

I guess thats their way of draining the account of the funds and just charging the account as an "other" transaction :/

Still hoping that this is just another one of their ways they disburse funds but I doubt it. I guess I'll know for sure within the next few business days.
