Sphere tenebris Vs Multilogin opinion and differences...?

Hi there

I have read a lot about multilogin to manage multiple eBay / Amazon accounts. What I do not understand is this... Sphere.tenebris seems to do the same job, yet it is free....

Am I missing anything here or is the only difference the fact that one cost over $100 a month and the other one is free, both accomplishing still the same purpose...?
