Received an mc011 restriction asking for tracking details for all items sold on my account. I do not have any tracking details as everything is just sent second class to save time and money.
How do I get around this or if I do will it just be a case of them asking for something else and an excuse to permanently restrict account?
Account is good few months old and have sold a fair amount but have had these emails before and have never been able to reinstate account.

Get the relevant customers to leave positive feedback & take screenshots. I've had an account reinstated by doing this albeit a few years ago. Customers leaving positive feedback indicates the items were delivered.
