Someone tell me EU PP is much easy than USA PP for vendor doc and shipping doc

they tell me usa pp very hard to pass when pp ask vendor/shiipping doc. but EU PP is much easy to unlimit.

please, USA guy
what vendor/shipping doc you provide to pp?
vendor info most from china right?
does pp will call them?
just random provide phone/addr will be ok?

for shipping invoice. can just provide shipping invoice from china provider? or must contain each tranaction?
