Do paypal ever ignore emails? How long do they typically take to reply.

Account got perm limited, they blaclisted my address, on phone they said they can't do anything. The first time I emailed "aup@paypal.com" and "appeals@paypal.com" and they replied in the paypal message centre and said there was nothing they can do about it, afterwards I sent 3 emails and added in "executiveoffice@paypal.com" and also remailed the other 2 again.

4 days later and they haven't replied, is it possible they just skipped my emails?

Yes, they ignore completely.

I've noticed the phone lines now for once your account is limited are endless ques. My recent one got limited, I called up out of curiousity, entered one time pass code..I gave up after two hours waiting.

yeah just annoying, already got a stealth but they wont let me withdraw :/

Oh yeah, they ignore emails all the time. I dont think I ever got a reply from executiveoffice@paypal.com, unless it was through a BBB dispute which is a whole different thing obviously.
