New UK PayPal Pending Money Release

Hi created a new stealth paypal and received funds via goods and services. I added non UK tracking info on it since item was overseas and got delivered overseas on 27th Feb.

Courier was not recognised on paypal so I added tracking in other courier section

I didnt receive any 21day holds email which normally comes with ebay sales.

This was Not an eBay sale.

When will the pending money be released?

I think that's a question only paypal will be able to answer.

It is impossible for us to know the answer to that on my afraid, although typically it is four or five days after the package has been confirmed as delivered on tracking that funds get released

I am sure PayPal also also hold payments for new users.
